Where We Work

IT Support Service Areas Across the GTA

IT Rapid Support has been providing managed IT and cybersecurity from Vaughan since 2018. Remote support runs through the same 24/7 helpdesk wherever you are; on-site work is dispatched from our office at 7810 Keele Street. Every city below has its own page setting out what local support actually looks like there.

What coverage means, and what it does not

Most of what a managed IT provider does is not location-dependent. Monitoring, patching, Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, managed detection and response, email authentication and backup verification all happen wherever your systems are, and the 24/7 helpdesk answers the same number from anywhere. That part of the service is identical across every page listed below.

What genuinely changes with distance is the visit. A failed switch, a server that will not come back up, a new office fit-out or a site that needs cabling all need a person in the room, and that person leaves from Vaughan. Travel time to Vaughan, Concord or north Toronto is not travel time to Oshawa or Hamilton, and we would rather set that expectation before an agreement than explain it during an outage. We do not publish a guaranteed response time for exactly that reason.

If you want the service overview rather than the geography, read IT support services across the GTA. If you want the price structure, our managed IT plans set out line by line what sits in each tier, and our managed IT quote checker scores any provider's written quote against twenty-two items so the omissions show up before you sign.

Toronto

The old city and the former boroughs. Dense, mixed-use and mostly Microsoft 365-first, with a large professional-services base and very little room for an on-site visit that has to find parking.

Peel Region

Mississauga and Brampton carry the largest non-Vaughan demand we see, and Caledon adds the rural end of it. A heavy mix of distribution, manufacturing and professional offices.

Halton Region

Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Georgetown, running down to the lake and out along the 401. Professional services at one end, logistics and production at the other.

Durham Region

Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa, plus the smaller municipalities east of them. Remote support is immediate; on-site visits here are scheduled rather than same-hour.

Beyond the GTA

Places we cover that are not GTA municipalities: Hamilton to the southwest, Bradford to the north, Vancouver as a remote-first arrangement, and Muskoka cottage country, which is a different service with its own pages.

Service Area FAQs

Which areas do you cover for IT support?

We provide managed IT support and cybersecurity across the Greater Toronto Area from our head office at 7810 Keele Street in Vaughan, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington and the wider York, Peel, Halton and Durham regions, along with Hamilton and Muskoka cottage country. Every city we cover has its own page listing what local support looks like there.

Is remote support the same everywhere you cover?

Yes. Remote support runs through the same 24/7 helpdesk regardless of where you are, and it is where the large majority of issues are resolved. What changes by location is on-site work: visits are dispatched from our Vaughan office, so travel time to a Vaughan or Toronto address is not the same as travel time to Oshawa or Hamilton. We say which it is before you sign rather than after.

Do you charge more for a business further from Vaughan?

Managed IT is a fixed monthly fee scoped to the users, devices and services covered, and distance is part of the scoping conversation rather than a surcharge added later. For a business well outside the GTA, the honest answer is sometimes that a remote-first arrangement fits better than one built around frequent on-site visits, and we will tell you that instead of selling coverage we cannot deliver well.

My city is not listed. Can you still help?

Usually yes. The pages listed here are the places we get asked about most often, not the limit of where we work. Call (289) 582-9930 and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit for your location and what the on-site arrangement would realistically look like.

Not sure which page applies to you?

Call (289) 582-9930 and we will tell you plainly what coverage looks like at your address, or book a free IT Health Check and we will look at what you are running first.
