IT Rapid Support Inc. was founded in 2018 with a simple mission: to make enterprise-grade IT security accessible to organizations of all sizes. From our headquarters at 7810 Keele St in Vaughan, Ontario, one team handles both the day-to-day IT and the security — 24/7 helpdesk, managed detection and response, Microsoft 365 and Azure management, monitored and restore-tested backups, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
We serve small and mid-sized businesses across Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and the rest of Canada, with local on-site support throughout the GTA and cottage-country coverage in Muskoka. We publish our own first-party research on GTA business security and free self-assessment tools, so what we claim is checkable.
